All three authors are associate professors at the IAE Lille, University of Lille, France, and members of the university’s LUMEN Lab (ULR 4999).
Nadia Steils (nadia.steils@univ-lille.fr) is also an associate researcher at the Center for Research and Consumption and Leisure (University of Namur, Belgium). Her work lies in digital consumer behavior, online information exchange and crowdsourcing.
Annabel Martin’s (annabel.salerno@univ-lille.fr) research focuses on personalization, persuasive technologies and consumer well-being.
Jean-François Toti’s (jean-francois.toti@univ-lille.fr) work explores ethics in marketing and consumer behavior.
