Women in Analytics 2025 Mentorship Program Launch
The ARF’s Women in Analytics Group fosters meaningful connections among its members. Through our WIA Mentorship program—now in its fourth year—we’ve helped over 250 mentors and mentees build lasting, cross-industry relationships. We’re excited to keep that momentum going this summer.
We are at capacity for Mentees and there are no more spots available. But we still have spots available for Mentors.
Mentorship Is Important for Both Mentors and Mentees
For mentors, providing guidance and sharing hard-earned knowledge is a vital leadership skill. Assisting mentees with career decisions—whether significant moves or daily growth—is both rewarding and a meaningful way to give back. It also enhances communication through thoughtful feedback.
For mentees, a mentor provides invaluable support in navigating career goals and gaining perspective. It’s a key step in expanding networks and developing relationship skills essential for collaborating with managers, clients, and colleagues.
If you’re interested in participating as a mentor or mentee, please contact Kristin Ace at kristin@thearf.org.
The deadline to participate is July 3.
