How do clients and users of insights see the market in 2020?
It is an understatement to say that we have all had to adapt our business practices this year, as a result of COVID-19. As a consequence, there is now a need to understand how buyers and users of insights see the market – the opportunities and the challenges.
ESOMAR, NewMR and Confirmit have established a global partnership of more than 20 organisations, who are all reaching out to their members, contacts and clients to conduct a short survey to benchmark our sectors performance, and to establish targets for improvement.
