Through Isobell’s leadership, BrandComms.AI has successfully demonstrated how marketing analytics and generative AI can work together to improve creative effectiveness. Its approach combines consumer insight, AI-driven creative development, and real-consumer pre-testing to evaluate ideas before significant production and media investment. In the Taco Bell case study, “Moving Day” ranked among the top five campaigns in a database of more than 65 previously tested ads and achieved a higher First Choice lift than the average of multiple product-specific campaigns. The work was completed in 14 days at a reported cost of $50,000. These results illustrate the potential of integrating analytical rigor into creative development, with measurable improvements in pre-test performance, speed, and cost efficiency.
