| Nathan Hadgu: University of California – Berkeley Bio:Nathen Gess Hadgu is a fourth-year Statistics major at UC Berkeley with strong coursework in probability, quantitative finance, and linear algebra. He gained hands-on experience as a financial analyst intern, improving forecasting accuracy by 15% and boosting portfolio performance by 10% through quantitative modeling. On campus, he serves as Treasurer and Secretary of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, securing over $2,000 in funding and strengthening financial tracking. WIDE Impact:A WIDE Scholar, Nathen credits the program with helping clarify his career goals through mentorship and professional exposure. Extracurricular:He is proud of his Eritrean heritage, enjoys playing basketball, and brings resilience shaped by a kidney transplant in 2023. |

| Peyton Ross Marketing University of Wisconsin – Madison Bio:She is a marketing major with a strong interest in the creative side of the field, especially commercial production and videography. She is captivated by how marketing combines strategy, creativity, and storytelling to reach larger audiences through social media and emerging technologies. WIDE Impact:Extracurricular:Outside of academics, she enjoys singing, cooking, listening to music, and spending time with friends, and stays active in campus organizations to build connection and community. |
