What is your role / current company?
Director, Ipsos

If you could give one piece of advice to other Young Pros, what would it be?
My one piece of advice is to embrace the uncomfortable. Getting comfortable often means you aren’t challenging yourself or growing. Doing things that scare you or seem intimidating are often the best opportunities to stretch and develop your skills. Some of the most fulfilling moments in my career have been when I’ve pushed past the uncomfortableness and embraced the challenge.
What is your proudest professional achievement?
My proudest professional achievement was working with CVS to develop their Here for Her campaign that focused on raising awareness about the emotional, systematic, and societal barriers that make it difficult for women to prioritize their own healthcare and wellbeing. Not only was this campaign very important in educating consumers and empowering women and girls, but it also went on to win two gold David Ogilvy awards in 2023. Getting recognition for this powerful campaign was the cherry on top of this impactful work.
Has mentorship played a role in your career journey? Anyone you want to give a shoutout to? Include their name if you’re comfortable sharing.
I wouldn’t be where I am today without having mentors offering support and guidance. Learning from those that have more professional and life experiences has fostered my own growth and career. I always seek out constructive feedback when I have a big presentation or opportunity and the advice I receive always eases my anxieties and strengthens my performance. I strongly encourage everyone to find a mentor and lean on them to further develop your career.
