Aarti Bhaskaran is a storyteller, strategic thinker and insights leader with over 18 years of experience in consumer insights. She currently leads global research & insights at Snapchat. In her role, she manages a global team to produce thought leadership to educate the advertising industry and marketing community on new ad formats, audiences and platforms through data-driven insights and empirical evidence. Aarti’s career has taken her across 4 countries and 2 continents. Prior to joining Snap, she was a client leader at Kantar managing a portfolio that included Microsoft, LinkedIn, Visa, TikTok and Snapchat. Before that, she built the Insights and Analytics practice at MediaCom Canada. Here she launched Canada-specific solutions to measure media performance to drive business for MediaCom’s clients.

Kara Louis is a Group Manager on the Research & Insights Team, leading global agency relationships for Snap. Kara partners closely with agencies to deliver thought leadership that advances the advertising industry’s understanding across a range of topics, including Gen Z, Creators, Social Commerce, Augmented Reality and the role of attention on ad effectiveness. Prior to Snap, Kara spent 8 years at Twitter where she oversaw measurement and thought leadership for Fortune 500 Retail, Travel, and Financial Services advertisers. Kara holds a dual degree in Marketing and Psychology from The College of New Jersey.

US Customer Pod Lead
Tracksuit

Gillian Kenah is the US Customer Pod Lead at Tracksuit. She works with global brands to leverage their brand health data and also manages a team of Brand Champions (CSMs) at Tracksuit. She previously managed custom quantitative consumer insights projects day-to-day at GfK (an NIQ Company), ensuring studies were executed on-time, on-spec, and on-target from end-to-end. Her experience in market research spans various industries including CPG, technology, retail, and energy. Skilled in research methodologies such as brand tracking, purchase journeys, concept testing, attitude and usage, and segmentation.
