
Analytics Council: How Our Industry Fared During the Great Resignation
On June 13, the ARF Analytic Council’s Organizational Working Group shared the results of their recent survey, conducted with the support of Dynata, on the impact of the Great Resignation on the advertising and research industries.
A panel of experts invested in staffing and retention in the industry discussed voluntary job departures since COVID began, reasons for job changes, employees’ current state of mind about their jobs, workplace satisfaction and more.

- How other companies are retaining employees and the challenges they’ve faced.
- The workplace issues people in the industry are grappling with outside of their own companies.
- The state of the industry from the vantage point of employee experiences and sentiments.
- The degree to which their own thinking about their jobs dovetails with or digresses from the current mood in the industry.
