I lead innovation in designing and executing large-scale primary research initiatives that uncover evolving consumer viewing behaviors and inform content development, distribution, and monetization strategies across platforms. Currently, I serve as Executive Director, Research, at Warner Bros. Global Insights & Analytics, where I spearhead research initiatives that inform the development, production, marketing, and sales of syndicated content. Tracy Adams, PhD, is Senior Director of Research & Insights at the ARF, where she leads the organization’s research agenda and advances industry-wide initiatives across advertising and marketing. With a background in sociology and cultural studies, she brings a critical, interdisciplinary lens to advertising and marketing research.

Rachael Feigenbaum

Rachael Feigenbaum joined the ARF in 2010 and serves as Senior Vice President of Events. She oversees program content and attendee experiences. Her responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing in-person and virtual programming, building and managing judging committees, and engaging board members in events. She also spearheads the ARF Women in Analytics Group, which hosts events and community-building initiatives throughout the year. Prior to the ARF, Rachael led a portfolio of events at the DMA and, before that, at Forbes Conferences. She holds a B.A. in English and Russian Literature from the University of California at Santa Cruz and an M.A. in International Relations from Columbia University.
