Speaker Bios
Ben Levine is an Executive Partner at Ogilvy, based in New York. As head of global partnerships , Ben is responsible for developing and growing strategic relationships across The Ogilvy Group, its parent company, WPP, and external networks to deliver greater value to clients. In addition to these responsibilities, he also serves as a global client leader.
During his time at Ogilvy, Ben has held a number of strategy and client service roles across a diverse roster of accounts. These include Instagram, Starbucks, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Unilever, SAP, Kimberly-Clark, Gap, Aetna, and British Airways. Prior to Ogilvy, Ben had very brief stints in journalism and financial services.
Ben is a graduate of New York University with degrees in both Econometrics and Journalism.
Sejal Jain is the Global Account Director on the Nestlé / Wyeth business based in London. Her role sees her run Nestlé Wyeth’s core brands across the globe, managing the development and deployment of global brand strategies and tactics and helping the Ogilvy network implement effectively to grow her client’s brands. She reports directly into the Global Network lead for Nestle Wyeth and manages the day to day running of the global hub. She has a truly integrated outlook with over 8 years of experience in the industry covering everything from brand strategy, advertising, digital marketing, partnerships to social and content. Over her career Sejal has worked with some of the biggest brands on the planet including Coca Cola, Kimberley-Clark and Unilever.
Shadi’s background is in brand strategy, however her experience spans across a breadth of different channels and disciplines.
In her time at Ogilvy, she has led strategy in several integrated teams, including Boots, Vodafone and Government Department of International Trade. In a former life, she has worked at VCCP on O2 and Avon, BBH working on Axe and Audi, and the BBC working with commissioners on BB2, BBC 4 & factual genre programming.
Her real passion is in developing brands with a social purpose. This has included tackling women’s issues such as the deadly stigma around periods with Kotex Global, racial issues such as discrimination against afro hair with World Afro Day, and socio-economic issues such as combatting the often nepotistic & elitist nature of the advertising industry in partnership with the Roundhouse.
In her spare time she writes articles about mental health, and short stories about dates gone wrong.
Nick is an award-winning creative currently working at Ogilvy London.
He’s made work, both UK and global, for Cadbury, Save the Children, Marmite, John Lewis, Lipton, Wall’s Ice Cream, John Lewis, Amnesty International, The Financial Times, Canon, Esso, Colman’s Mustard, Halifax, Foster’s, Président, Google and Phones4U .
He’s won gold Lions, Sharks, Arrows, Pencils and even Plates for his work for Marmite, Cadbury, John Lewis, Volkswagen and Save the Children and has also written comedy for BBC Radio 4.
Stephanie Scalice – Manager, Consumer Research & Insights – PVH Corp.
Stephanie Scalice is a manager of Consumer Research & Insights at PVH. In this role, she supports Calvin Klein’s global research initiatives, including setting up and running community panels, brand health tracking, product testing, social listening, and journey mapping She also supports the research needs of Tommy Hilfiger and Heritage brands Prior to joining PVH, Stephanie was a Research Manager at Macy’s where she focused on Customer Engagement and a Research Manager at GfK where she focused on shopper and retail strategy across a variety of categories. She received a B.S. & M.S. in Experimental Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys practicing yoga, running and volunteering as a Girls on the Run coach.
