As Chief Client Officer at sparks & honey, Davianne is responsible for managing c-suite relationships and driving organic growth among key clients while embedding equity and inclusion into the way organizational transformation is achieved. Prior to joining sparks & honey, Davianne built and led the strategy department at purpose-driven agency, OBERLAND, leading the firm to experience double-digit growth in less than 18 months.
Davianne’s passion sits within the intersection of cultural insights, brand creativity and building systemic equity. Over the past 14 years, she has driven brand transformation for global brands like Nike, Google, Vans, Diageo, Coca-Cola, LVMH, Target, Red Bull, Disney. During her time in the UK, she consulted with Barclays, Bayer and PepsiCo leadership teams to inform product innovation and pipeline growth strategies.
Davianne has served as an AICP Awards judge, a speaker at the ADCOLOR Conference, and her work has been featured in Ad Age, Adweek, MediaPost, Campaign US, Digiday, WARC, and others. She is a Board Member for Family Promise, a nonprofit tackling family homelessness and an Advisory Board Member of Creator Force, an organization working to expand and diversify the creative class by offering education, inspiration, and access to careers in creative fields. She holds a B.A. in Communication and Consumer Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and M.A. in Media, Culture and Communication from NYU. She enjoys her running club, book club, and traveling the world with her husband and two children.
Lauren Ingerman
Manager, Insights & Measurement, Primary Research – Americas

Lauren Ingerman is Twitch’s Manager of Primary Research for the Americas, and has been a member of the larger Insights & Measurement team since 2018. Lauren is focused on developing original research that dives deep into audiences, content, and trends relevant to Twitch and its advertiser clients. She supports the Ad Sales organization by educating clients with new insights and thought leadership, helping to raise Twitch’s profile in the industry.
Prior to joining Twitch, Lauren was a Senior Research Manager at Horizon Media where she served as a research and measurement consultant to a portfolio of clients. She has also held various insights and analytics roles at NBCUniversal and Innovid.
Victor Lu
Brand Partnership Studio Lead, Americas

Victor Lu is the Americas Lead for the award-winning Twitch Brand Partnership Studio in Twitch Advertising. Victor oversees creative strategy, creative production, program management, and talent relations disciplines to help brands create on Twitch through custom integrations, programming, interactive tech, sponsorships, and more. Victor joined Twitch in September 2020 to lead the Americas BPS team and expand the capabilities of what brands can do on Twitch through innovative custom programs such as: POG Picks, an original live shopping game show franchise, and the first Amazon Moments integration to deliver viewer rewards via Twitch interactive experiences. Victor has led the expansion of BPS capabilities into Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, embedded creative and activation support for Twitch Sales Partnerships and Twitch Properties, and drives custom interactive technology initiatives to service brands, communities, and creators alike.
Prior to joining the Twitch Brand Partnership Studio, Victor was the Vice President of Strategy, Product, and Marketing at Warner Music Group focusing on digital innovation, gaming, and creative partnerships/artist services. He holds a B.F.A. in Film and Television Production from NYU and currently lives with his wife and two kids in New York.
Allison McDuffee

Allison McDuffee is Twitch’s Director of Sales Insights & Measurement for the Americas. Allison is focused on developing Twitch’s best-in-class, data-fueled research capabilities to support the Twitch Ad Sales organization. Her team strives to identify actionable insights for clients about the highly engaged Twitch community and develops measurement solutions to attract and grow business.
Prior to joining Twitch, Allison served as the VP, Entertainment, Insights & Measurement at NBCUniversal where she focused on providing client insights, campaign effectiveness measurement and thought leadership positioning supporting Ad Sales, Client & Agency Partnerships, Marketing and Communications. Allison has also held various Ad Sales Research & Trade Marketing roles at Disney Media Sales & Marketing. During her tenure she spent time in NYC and in London where she supported teams across EMEA and helped launch Disneymedia+, Disney’s full media, marketing & promotions portfolio offering to clients.
Ronald Méndez

Ronald joined MediaCom in 2016 as Managing Partner, with over 20 years of multicultural experience. As the multicultural lead Ronald plays a key role in all aspects of media and marketing efforts dedicated to the various multicultural segments. The goal of the division is to provide clients with a truly relevant and informative point of view of multicultural markets and audiences across the US, resulting in tailored communications strategies based on in-depth knowledge of consumers.
Since joining MediaCom, Ronald has helped solidify the multicultural business opportunity and go to market strategies for brands. He also helped develop and deploy the U.S. “New Majority Ready” initiative.
