Shopper Insights Council
Council Objectives
The Shopper Insights Council seeks to explore strategies and opportunities for brands to grow by understanding today’s consumers’ shopping behaviors and how to obtain the data needed to unlock the roles and effectiveness of various marketing and sales channels — especially those of emerging retail media networks. It is also interested in the ways in which shopper mindsets differ across categories (e.g., low vs. high engagement and purchase frequency) and retail environments (e.g., large vs. small) in order to uncover best practices for connecting with customers. What trends do retailers and brands need to embrace in order to grow?
