Rob Kaiser, Ph.D., Chief Methodologist, PSB Insights

Rob is a marketing science and insights leader with over 25 years of experience in advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and strategic marketing. As Chief Methodologist at PSB Insights, he leads a team that pioneers innovative methodologies, setting industry benchmarks in choice modeling and AI. His passion lies in solving complex business challenges through creative, data-driven solutions and mentoring the next generation of analytics professionals. Rob has 25 years of experience in projects related to brand positioning, product development, pricing, and customer strategy for clients like Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Walmart, Meta, and Netflix. He has a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside and has taught graduate level Marketing Research at UCLA Anderson School of Business. He was the VP of Marketing at EarthLink, where he led the marketing strategy and execution for the Internet service provider. Rob is a proud Jeep Wrangler owner, enjoys cooking for his friends and family, and is a decent bowler.
