Jia Li is the John B. McKinnon Professor and an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Wake Forest University School of Business. His research leverages large-scale data to analyze marketing problems that also have strong relevance in other areas including economics, information systems, and operations management. Li’s work has been published in leading academic journals such as Marketing Science, Management Science, Journal of Marketing, Production and Operations Management, and Journal of Retailing.

Audrey holds a PhD at the intersection of Causal Inference and Machine Learning from Paris Saclay University. She is now Research Lead in Causal AI at Ekimetrics, a company that helps leading businesses worldwide make more informed decisions and turn them into a sustainable advantage through data and AI technologies. There, she leads an R&D team and supports client projects requiring specialized expertise in causal inference. Her research aims to improve decision-support tools through causal reasoning in statistical analysis, with a particular focus on robustness and uncertainty.

Manish Hira - Data Analysis Manager, Capital One; PhD Scholar, Virginia Commonwealth University

Manish Hira is a Data Analysis Manager at Capital One and a Ph.D. Candidate in Systems Modeling and Analysis at Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond VA. He leads marketing analytics for Capital One's brand organization, overseeing analytics for a multimillion-dollar media portfolio and developing AI-integrated analytics strategies. With over 20 years of experience across Capital One, Samsung Electronics, and Wipro Technologies, Manish has built predictive models, founded an IP innovation program generating patents, and delivered engineering projects for global clients including Qualcomm, Nokia, and Toshiba. He holds graduate degrees from the University of Washington and the University of Notre Dame. Manish is an IEEE Senior Member and a named inventor on two U.S. patents. His current research focuses on Explainable/Interpretable AI methodologies and AI-mediated marketing measurement frameworks with human in the loop governance.  

Adriana Rocha – President, Wortya

Adriana Rocha is a technology entrepreneur and applied AI researcher with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of human intelligence and computational systems. She is the founder of Wisdom Beyond Technology, LLC, and Wortya, and the author of Refactoring the Firm: Building Intelligence-Native Organizations for the AI Age.   

Peter Danaher - Professor, Monash University

Peter Danaher is Professor of Marketing and Econometrics at Monash University in Australia. He is formerly a Co-Editor for the Journal of Marketing Research. His primary research interests are media exposure distributions, advertising effectiveness, television audience measurement and behavior, internet usage behavior, customer satisfaction measurement, forecasting and sample surveys.  

Jeffrey Dotson - Associate Professor, The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business

Dr. Jeffrey Dotson is an Associate Professor of Marketing in the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and Fellow of the OSU Center for Software Innovation where he teaches courses in Marketing Research, Product Marketing, and Technology Innovation. His research focuses on the development and application of Bayesian statistical methods to a variety of theoretical and applied marketing and management problems. He received his PhD in Quantitative Marketing from the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University and holds an MS in Statistics and an MBA from the University of Utah.  He received his undergraduate degree in Economics at Southern Utah University.  Prior to joining OSU, he was a member of the faculty in the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University and in the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. He has extensive professional experience conducting research and consulting projects with many companies including General Mills, General Motors, Google, Microsoft, Qualtrics, Traeger Grills, Marriott, Nissan, and The Gap.

Dr. Luiz Guilherme Duarte is a Strategic Consumer Insights Leader with over 15 years of experience driving audience intelligence and marketing strategy for global entertainment, media, and streaming giants. He has authored several books on media and consumer behavior and received awards for the creation of innovative audience tracking services in the U.S.  

Qiwei Han - Assistant Professor, Nova School of Business and Economics, Portugal

Qiwei Han is an Assistant Professor of Business Analytics at Nova School of Business and Economics, Portugal. His research examines how artificial intelligence and digital platforms reshape consumer behavior, online markets, and business decision-making. His recent work focuses on generative AI, search and recommendation systems, e-commerce analytics, and responsible AI, combining large-scale observational data, causal inference, and machine learning methods. He has collaborated with industry partners on projects involving digital commerce and healthcare analytics. Qiwei received his Ph.D. and M.S. in Engineering and Public Policy and his M.S. in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University.  

Shane Wang - Professor of Marketing, Virginia Tech University Pamplin College of Business

Shane is a Professor of Marketing at the Pamplin College of Business, Virginia Tech. His research explores how emerging technologies reshape business strategy and consumer behavior. Currently, his work and teaching focus on AI agents and synthetic data, with an emphasis on their strategic impact on businesses and consumer markets. He serves as Senior Editor, Associate Editor, and Editorial Review Board member for several leading academic journals. He has been consistently recognized as one of the World Top 50 Most Productive Marketing Scholars based on publications in premier marketing journals. He was recognized as an MSI Young Scholar in 2021 and an MSI Scholar in 2024.  

Rogier Verhulst – CEO, Kwantumlabs

Rogier is the co-founder of KwantumLabs.ai. An innovate market research company focused on leveraging AI to drive better results with market research with a special focus on branding and conjoint for product/pricing trade-offs. He has held various leadership roles across sales, product, customer support and marketing for over 20 years and as such deeply understands how these functions operate. Adithya Pattabhiramaiah - Associate Professor of Marketing, Faculty Director of the Center for AI in Business, Georgia Tech University

Dr. Adithya (Adi) Pattabhiramaiah is the Sharon A. and David B. Pearce Associate Professor of Marketing and Faculty Director of the Center for AI in Business at the Scheller College of Business, Georgia Institute of Technology. His research examines how emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, reshape markets, consumer behavior, and business strategy, with additional work spanning media monetization, education, sustainability, and public policy. His research has been published or is forthcoming in Marketing Science, Management Science, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, MIS Quarterly, Harvard Business Review, Marketing Letters, and other leading outlets. Dr. Pattabhiramaiah teaches courses on marketing analytics, pricing strategy, and AI and machine learning applications in business research. Khaled Boughanmi - Assistant Professor of Marketing, Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Management

Khaled Boughanmi is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. His research combines computational consumer modeling and machine learning to understand how consumers evaluate complex, experience-based products. He develops quantitative methods for analyzing high-dimensional data and improving data-driven decisions. Ray Burke is the E.W. Kelley Professor at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and founding director of the School’s Customer Interface Laboratory, a state-of-the-art facility for investigating how customers interact with new retail environments and technologies. His research focuses on understanding the influence of point-of-purchase factors on consumer shopping behavior. Stefano Puntoni - Sebastian S. Kresge Professor of Marketing, The Wharton School

Stefano Puntoni is the Sebastian S. Kresge Professor of Marketing at The Wharton School, and the co-director of Wharton Human-AI Research, an initiative that explores the design and deployment of intelligent systems. His research draws on insights from psychology, economics, and business to understand the impact of AI on consumers, workers, and society. He is currently the President of the Society for Consumer Psychology and an Associate Editor at the Journal of Marketing and the Journal of Consumer Research. At Wharton, he teaches on the topics of Human-AI interaction, consumer experience, and decision making.

Wendy Moe - Dean’s Professor of Marketing, University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business

Wendy Moe holds concurrent appointments as Dean’s Professor of Marketing at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and as an Amazon Scholar, supporting Amazon's Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) team.  Her research focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence in marketing and the science, measurement, and analytics of digital customer engagement and online marketing.  With implications for how consumers engage with AI, Professor Moe develops models for large-scale data in an effort to quantify consumer behaviors and the effects of marketing interventions.   Professor Moe is a highly published academic with her research appearing in numerous leading business journals and is the author of Social Media Intelligence (Cambridge: 2014).  Professor Moe has been recognized by the American Marketing Association and the Marketing Science Institute as a leading scholar in her field with the AMA Sheth/Journal of Marketing Award, the Howard Award (honorable mention), the MSI Young Scholar Award, the Erin Anderson Award, and the Buzzell Award.  She is an academic fellow at the Marketing Science Institute, previously served as the Co-Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Interactive Marketing, and currently serves on the editorial boards of several leading journals. Professor Moe has consulted for Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies in the areas of web analytics, social media insights, and product forecasting.  Her research in web analytics was the foundation for NetConversions, Inc., an early innovator in the area of online data collection and analysis, and she was part of the founding team that brought the company from start-up to acquisition in 2004.  She has also served as an expert witness in litigation related to online consumer behavior, data tracking and analytics, and online marketing and advertising. Professor Moe has been on the faculty at the University of Maryland since 2004 and was the Associate Dean of Master's Programs at the Smith School of Business from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, she was on the faculty at the University of Texas at Austin. She holds a PhD, MA and BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania as well as an MBA from Georgetown University.
