A type of question which, deliberately nor non-deliberately, is based on a presumption that may not be true. The classic example is “when did you stop beating your wife?” It is based on the implicit presumption that the wife was beaten. A more subtle example would be “What do you love most about brand X?” when, in truth, the participant loves nothing about it.
