Young Pros Share Group – Managing Remotely (Up, Down and Sideways)

Many Young Pros find themselves adapting to working remotely for the first time, while others have had an easier transition, as they were more familiar with working from home. This Share Group gave Young Pros the opportunity to learn tips and tricks for how to best stay connected with others — whether communicating up to a team leader, down to a direct report or laterally with other team members — and discuss solutions for the challenges of today.

This event provided a space for Young Pros to participate in intimate discussions, share their personal experiences and explore new ground with their peers.

Young Pros walked away with tangible takeaways to communicate effectively and achieve their goals.

Cole Strain, Pinterest
Cole Strain is the Head of Measurement Solutions at Pinterest. His teams conduct research that advance measurement and analytics capabilities across the platform, help drive forward new methods and approaches, and oversee all measurement partnerships.

Before joining Pinterest, Cole ran data science teams at Sovrn Holdings, developing BI and Analytics Solutions within the programmatic space. Prior to that he worked in data science and measurement product at Oracle Data Cloud. Cole holds an MBA and a bachelors in Music, both from the University of Colorado.
