On August 17, 2022, the ARF Young Pros met up in New York City for a special event where VMLY&R experts explored how to use insights to provoke a transformation for more inclusive research and more innovative thinking. Young Pros participated in a workshop session to rethink how each phase of an ad campaign — from media planning to creative development to the in-store experience — can incorporate a DE&I perspective. Attendees left with a new inclusive research toolkit under their belts and heard best practices to push the status quo.
