Organizational Council
Council Objectives
The Organizational Council examines how organizations are adapting their structure, reporting lines, and executives’ responsibilities in response to changes in business needs, technology, and the acquisition and use of data.
In order to probe these questions, the Council conducts surveys of ARF members and the general public, as well as in-depth interviews with stakeholders at ARF member companies.
The Organizational Council develops and manages the ARF’s Organizational Benchmark Survey, which was launched in 2019 and repeated in 2020-21. The third wave of this survey is being administered in 2024.
