Monitoring COVID-19

The safety and well-being of our members, staff and event guests are of the utmost importance to us.

We are closely monitoring the situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it may impact upcoming ARF events. In accordance with safety measures outlined by global and local health authorities, the ARF has decided to make all events through June 2020 virtual.

In the instance where an ARF event is canceled, we will provide as much advance notice as possible. As we all know from reports in the media, the situation with the coronavirus is very fluid, and new information is being made available every day. We will share updates about changes or contingency plans on the ARF website, as well as in emails to registered attendees, speakers and sponsors.

We encourage following expert advice that recommends washing your hands often with soap, for a minimum of 20 seconds; avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth; and use alcohol wipes and gels if you need to wipe down a surface or do not have access to running water and soap.
