What is your role / current company?
Brand Manager, Danone

When did you join the ARF Young Pros? January 2022

What is your biggest professional challenge?
Yet to come! Till this moment from “career – wise” perspective I really appreciate that I was a Corporate Accelerator Member – design thinking driven program to develop cut – through innovative ideas to disrupt the market. I was selected to join this program as one of only 4 people in whole Asahi Europe & International. Privately I love the fact that I was leading the CSR activation and was able to get knowledge and at least give a little bit of the help to endangered species in Poland.

What is your proudest professional accomplishment?
I am working in brand marketing where creativity meets business at basically same level of priority & no one says that it is extremely challenging to stay creative and inspired in the midst of everyday work when then you have to put it into numbers.

How has being an ARF Young Pro Member impacted your career?
Joining the ARF is helping me to see the new perspectives, giving me a motivation to search more and of course it’s great to connect with other people and just clash thoughts with different points of view.

What’s your favorite Young Pros event that you’ve been to?
I really enjoy attending ARF YP events to learn how other companies and researchers are solving problems. Webinars are my thing, because I am living in Europe and I am able to attend such events “live” what couple years ago was impossible.

When researching a topic you know nothing about, how do you get started?
Google is my best friend! If I know nothing, after first screening I am writing down questions which have appeared and then do it again, and again and again. It is a constant work and I believe that doing good research is as any other skill which needs to be practiced all the time.

What’s an example of a company/brand that you think is doing a great job?
It’s cliché but globally I would say Patagonia. Their business mindset is close to mine and I appreciate how they are trying to change the clothing field. I appreciate every brand that grow with a positive impact. From polish field I support YourKaya – which revolutionised the approach to intimate and sexual health in Eastern Europe & WoshWosh – the first company in Europe and Poland dealing with professional footwear care having climate change awareness in heart.

What is your favorite restaurant in your city?
That is the worst question to answer in just 3 sentences. I am a foodie, my restaurants research is quite a deep dive. Here in Warsaw, Poland I appreciate private bakeries, coffee spots, original concepts. I am not like Joey and I love to share food so all of the local concepts where you can order a lot of starters to explore and experience new things, are my type of places to go.

What is your favorite show/program?
It depends! To boast about I would say Succession or Stranger Things or something popular at the moment but to be honest at the end of the day I end up with my comfort shows – Friends & The Office.

What’s your dream job? (If money was no object, what would you do?)
I would work for a foundation which helps little humans to grow in an inclusive & diverse world incl. communication & educational availability for everyone.
