Nicole Dancel - Brand Insights Lead at Experian

Nicole Dancel is an accomplished consumer insights and market research leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth for global brands in financial services, consumer packaged goods, and technology. As Brand Insights Lead at Experian, she directs research initiatives that shape brand strategy and creative development. Most recently, she led the research behind Experian’s latest Big Financial Friend campaign, centered around “Financial Power to All,” delivering insights that informed marketing and media strategy. Her previous roles at Mastercard, Unilever, and PepsiCo highlight her expertise in innovation strategy, advertising effectiveness, and consumer engagement. Nicole holds an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Intercultural Business and Psychology, and is passionate about giving back through mentoring and engaging with her community.
