Karen Chisholm is Director, Analytics Transformation, for Pernod Ricard USA. Pernod Ricard is a global leader in wines and spirits, with such brands as Jameson and Absolut. In her role, Karen leads the marketing analytics function for PRUSA, with a focus on accelerating key analytical programs and embedding learnings across marketing, finance and sales. Karen has extensive experience measuring marketing performance, from traditional MMM to machine learning to agent-based modeling in the CPG world with roles in Kraft Foods, Diageo and Accenture. She has a passion for leading digital transformations that deliver step-change in business performance.

Allyson Dietz leads Product Marketing for TransUnion’s TruAudience Analytics solutions. She is responsible for defining the positioning for the company’s Marketing Mix Modeling and Attribution solutions and tying the benefits of those to our client’s most pressing needs. Prior to TransUnion and Neustar, Allyson drove product strategy and innovation planning at Numerator to support pricing, promotion, ecommerce, and advertising intelligence platforms. She began her career at Nielsen, advising global CPG and retail clients through foundational understanding of consumers & shoppers, identifying white space opportunities, improving innovation strategies, and optimizing their advertising dollars. Throughout her tenure, she has had the opportunity to guide incredible organizations such as Unilever, Coca-Cola, KraftHeinz, RB, and Walmart. Allyson has a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Ohio and an MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern University.

Prior to iSpot, Gopalakrishnan spent five years as SVP of data science at Circana (formerly IRi) where he oversaw the company’s flagship sales effectiveness products and methodologies. He spent sixteen years at Nielsen focusing on improving statistical quality for the TV and Radio ratings solutions.

Sophie is an Ads Research Lead at Facebook where she studies advertising effectiveness and media planning strategies. She works with Facebook’s measurement teams to help the industry move towards data-driven approaches. Her focus includes studying ways to leverage experimental results to enhance other measurement tools. She has also studied ways that planners can best leverage automated systems to meet campaign goals. She received her Masters in Economics from the University of Toronto in 2011.

She works closely with third-party cross-media providers as well as with all of the key media platform players, consulting on measurement applications and tests and raising hands for beta opportunities. She has consulted on and tested many new-to-market measurement solutions. She has a Master’s Degree in Marketing Research and is a frequent contributor to advertising research industry panels and university lecture series. In her free time, she loves to play with her own pets, Ghost and Turtle.
