Helen is a curious, energetic & intuitive client-side insights professional with deep experience in people-centricity, innovation, and insights agility. In Helen’s role at Colgate-Palmolive as Global Director, Consumer Experience Insights, she enjoys the challenge of understanding how people connect with C-P’s categories and brands, against the backdrop of their full lives. She partners with stakeholders across the business to provoke people-first thinking and inspire transformational growth.
Helen’s passion for insights stems from a desire to understand the ‘whys’ behind everyday life and the roots of patterns that we see all around us. This was first ignited in the academic field of Behavioral Ecology before she decided that observing and conversing with people was more enjoyable than birds! She has always valued the power of combining behavioral learning with psychological framing and is excited to experiment with new technology-enabled techniques that promise to provide a fuller picture of people at both depth and scale. Originally from the UK, Helen holds a Master of Science from University of Oxford and a Ph.D from University of Cambridge.
