Annabel Jack
Founder
Mentor for Growth
Annabel is an entrepreneurially minded commercial manager and marketer experienced in growing businesses from zero to over £400m; from one market to many; and a handful of employees to over 600. She has worked in ecommerce for over 15 years, with a focus on the home, joining MADE.com when it was a young business and seeing it through to IPO as chief commercial officer. Prior to MADE she was at mydeco.com (in London and New York), Founders Forum, FreshMinds and L’Oreal. Having stepped away from MADE at the end of 2021 she’s been advising a fintech start up, focused on transforming the family finance space, an area she feels passionate about, before taking up a full time role with a wonderful brand back in the home sector in September 2022.
Whilst always in a commercial role, Annabel recognised early on that people are what make a business and cares most about motivating teams to deliver great performance. As a result she’s a trained executive coach and also founded Mentor for Growth, a cross-company, cross-skill mentor platform for fast growth tech enabled businesses that include awesome companies from Google, Meta, Pinterest to MADE, Monzo and Charlotte Tilbury to name just a few.
Jamie Thomas is the founder at Cophi.io. At Cophi the mission is to make organisations work better together by putting collaboration data at the heart of every team. He was recently CFO and HRD at Qubit, a SaaS business that grew from 5 to over 350 employees during his time there. He helped raise and deploy capital of over $100m and he used organisational network science to help him better manage growth and build a best-in-class people strategy.
