Kristin is the Director of New Business and Membership at the ARF where she focuses on member engagement and retention, as well as sponsorships and new business development. Kristin also leads ARF Women in Analytics, a community whose mission is to advance gender equality through promoting female leadership, providing mentorship opportunities and hosting events.
Neha Bhargava
Director of Advertising Research

Neha Bhargava is the Director of Advertising Research team at Meta. Before joining Meta, Neha was a strategy consultant focused on providing product and marketing decisions based on big data. She started her career as an Electrical Engineer and a Mechanical Engineer designing avionics control hardware for rockets. Neha holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.

Jennifer Canfield is a transformational growth executive with over 20 years of success scaling revenues, building lasting C-level relationships at Fortune 100 and Global 500 companies, and building customer-centric Sales and Professional Service teams up to $25M and 200 employees. Over the past 15 years she’s held multiple growth leadership roles at Kantar, Comscore, and Medallia. Prior to that, she ran nonprofits in both the arts and education. She has been a mentor for over 20 years at Harvard College, Ellevate, and the ARF.
Sarah Collins
Director, Campaign Insights

Sarah Collins is a director on the Campaign Insights team at Mediahub, where she leads a team of five based in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina office. Since starting at Mediahub in 2018, she has worked on a variety of clients within the airline, financial, pharmaceutical and consumer goods sectors, leading paid media and web analytics. She’s passionate about distilling performance data into actionable insights to drive clients’ business outcomes. She graduated from Elon University with a double major in media analytics and strategic communications and with a minor in German studies.
Kumi Harischandra
Research Scientist

Kumi Harischandra is a Research Scientist at Meta where she conducts research on the value of advertising by designing and executing research, developing experiments and prototyping new measurement methodologies. She focuses on brand advertising and applied statistics, including measuring brand value and understanding the impact of brand safety and suitability. She previously worked in economic consulting and public policy research. Kumi received her Masters in International Policy from Stanford University, and also holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in Economics.
Arika Ho
Marketing Science Partner
Formerly at Meta
Arika Ho recently worked as the Marketing Science Partner at Meta, where she specialized in providing measurement and strategy consulting services to major independent marketing agencies in North America for the past 2 years. She played a pivotal role in driving clients’ business objectives and ensuring effective data stewardship. Within the agency team, she led data and key performance indicators (KPIs) initiatives, leveraging a data-driven approach to enhance operational efficiency and achieve excellence.
Arika’s journey into data science began with a transition from journalism. She earned a master’s degree in data science from the Illinois Institute of Technology before embarking on her data and marketing analytics career in the Chicagoland area. Prior to joining Meta, she interned and worked as an analyst at RAPP, an Omnicom Group agency specializing in CRM analytics.
Lara O’Shea

Lara O’Shea is chief strategy officer at Hudson Rouge, WPP’s integrated boutique luxury agency. Previously, she was Executive Strategy Director at VMLY&R. She has led strategic engagements across wide-ranging clients across most verticals and types of strategy. For the past 12 years, she’s worked across a range of WPP agencies, including Ogilvy, Kantar, and Mindshare. O’Shea also worked client-side – including brand management at Diageo, and as the first marketer at an award-winning startup. She holds a master’s degree in Geography from Cambridge University, and an MBA from London Business School & Haas, Berkeley.
Jamie was most recently CFO and HRD at Qubit, a SaaS business that grew from five to over 300 employees during his time there. He helped raise and deploy capital of over £80m and used organisational network science to help better manage growth and build a best-in-class people strategy.
Hannah Wilder
Manager, Analytics & Insights
Domino’s
Hannah Wilder is a manager on the Analytics & Insights team at Domino’s focused on improving understanding of how pricing decisions impact customers and franchisees while also helping her small but mighty team continue to learn and grow.
After starting her career at Domino’s as an intern in 2016 with a background in computer science and statistics, she has had the opportunity to explore many areas of the business through data. Hannah’s experience ranges from collaborating with wide cross-functional teams to build data pipelines for beginning-stage technology innovations to generating leadership-facing insights to influence decision making for the US business.
Along the way, she connected with the women’s Employee Resource Group at Domino’s (WiSDOM) and grew from an occasional Community Outreach volunteer to a board member. As a board member for the last four years, Hannah has worked with other board members to set strategy and manage budgets to support their mission to champion, inspire, and connect women and their allies. In her role as a board member, she is responsible for communicating with Domino’s leadership in addition to planning and executing events in partnership with volunteers.
