Tania Missad is a senior business leader with over 25 years of experience harnessing the voice of the audience to drive global brand and franchise strategy and award-winning television shows, films, and advertising. In her career, she has worked with some of the world’s largest & most beloved brands such as P&G, Johnson & Johnson, Neutrogena, Mattel, Warner Bros. and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
As EVP of Insights, Strategy and Analytics for SPE, Missad leads the TV production insights & content strategy teams supporting all television studio divisions & IP genre’s across SPT's US & Int’l portfolio. She also leads the SPE Data Analytics organization that services advanced analytics & data apps for all divisions across TV production, WW Distribution & Finance, & Motion Pictures Group.
Before joining Sony in October 2023, Missad was Head of Corporate Research, Franchise & Studio Insights & Data Analytics at WBD. Over her seven years at Warner, she held numerous positions and led teams touching all divisions including motion pictures, streaming/HBO Max, WBTV, Harry Potter, DC Studios & Comics, networks, international divisions, sports, news/CNN, franchise development, consumer products and theme parks/experiences. Prior to that, Missad held several consumer insights positions at Mattel, where she played an integral role in the evolution of the Barbie brand.
