Erin is deeply rooted in the retail media, data, and innovation communities – acting as an Ambassador for Google’s Women Techmakers and an active member of Chicago’s Google Developer Group where she speaks, collaborates, and learns as part of a variety of teams within the organization.
As an analytics leader at Arc Worldwide, Erin has taken on the lofty challenge of bringing closed-loop measurement to life with clients including Unilever, Colgate, and Elida. She provides the strategic optimizations Arc client partners need to maximize their success with their retail media partners. She does this by developing a sophisticated approach to identifying the KPIs and benchmarks necessary to account for the nuances of their brand and category objectives. The work created as an output of her efforts has won multiple awards for effectiveness.
Erin has a Master of Science in Data Science from Harvard University, a Master of Science in Computational Neuroscience from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology and Applied Statistics from Loyola University Chicago.
