As Head of Omnichannel at Ocean Spray, Kelley leads strategy across digital shelf, retailer media, and commerce investment planning. Her recent work includes implementing Salsify, enhancing digital shelf performance, and rethinking retail media accountability—ensuring that activation aligns with business outcomes, not just ad spend.
Prior to Ocean Spray, Kelley held senior roles at Coty, Newell Brands, and Evenflo, where she built a track record of translating digital complexity into actionable strategy. She was named one of Cincinnati Business Courier’s Forty Under 40 and is known for her ability to cut through noise, challenge assumptions, and build integrated plans that drive results.
Based on Cape Cod, Kelley is focused on what’s next in commerce—and occasionally rescues stranded dolphins with IFAW alongside her husband, Kent.
