Sophia is Director of Audience Impact and Intelligence at Paramount Advertising, where she brings her deep expertise in brand strategy and consumer insights to help clients across categories stay ahead of big industry, behavioral, and cultural shifts. She is passionate about using data to advocate for the consumer and identify actionable, creative opportunities for clients. Sophia came to Paramount by way of Google, where she connected brands to the human story in global Google data. Before that, she led a rebrand of Blue Cross Bue Shield of North Carolina, and helped clients like Target, National Geographic, and The North Face build strong brands and win consumer love. Hiking with her family and floral design are currently bringing her joy outside of work.
