Remy Spoentgen - Director, Data Science, Nielsen

Remy is a seasoned leader in data science and media measurement with over a decade of experience driving innovation in advanced analytics, audience estimation, and ad effectiveness. As Director of Data Science at Nielsen, he currently leads research teams advancing Nielsen ONE, spearheading the industry’s transformation of digital and cross-media measurement, with an emphasis on audience deduplication methodologies. Remy is dedicated to empowering clients and internal stakeholders to make better, more impactful decisions through the use of high-quality data and statistical techniques. Furthermore, as a member of the ARF Organizational Insights Council, he is passionate about the future of measurement and the evolving role of data (and data science!) in shaping the media landscape. Remy graduated from Purdue University and resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife and two children.
