Jorge De La Rosa leads the NBC Sports Decision Sciences team, overseeing content analytics, insights, forecasting/greenlights, and performance for sports across NBC, Peacock, and TVE platforms, including Sunday Night Football, the Olympics, Premier League, Big Ten, and PGA TOUR. With nearly two decades of sports experience at NBC Sports and the NFL, Jorge has served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, led efforts across major cultural tentpoles including seven Olympics and eight Super Bowls. Jorge's innovative strategies have significantly increased viewership and fan engagement. His expertise includes sport audience analytics, thought leadership work on sports fans across generations, innovations on audience forecast, and fan engagement over long time horizons, and developing new measurement approaches. He holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA in Finance, Marketing and Strategy from the Stern School of Business at New York University and is Consortium of Graduate Studies in Management Fellow.
