In media and market research, a method used to measure awareness of a brand or advertisement by evaluating the participants’ ability to correctly identify something they may have read, heard or seen following exposure to the brand stimuli or advertisement. Recall measurement can be done with or without the use of prompts or cues. Also referred to as “Recall Test.”
