It’s easy to get a promotion, right? All you have to do is work hard and be patient.

Not exactly. Studies show there are more women in the workplace than ever—57 percent of women in the U.S. work—but they hold only about 20 percent of management-level jobs. In fact, though men and women often start their careers on equal footing, women are far less likely to be promoted.

We all lose out, since gender diversity in management benefits both employees and companies (hint: increase in morale and motivation, lower employee turnover, and greater ease in recruiting top talent).

But don’t just dream of change—be part of it. Join with other women and men from the industry to discover how to make a difference, utilize talent, and build solutions together at our half-day event Women in Analytics – Gender Equality: Your Career, Your Future.

You won’t want to miss our presentations, breakout sessions, and round-table discussions exploring:

  • Why you need to “jump in”
  • What it will take to achieve parity in the workplace
  • The ongoing importance of networking and co-mentoring
