This is a half-day crash course on how to design, execute, and analyze consumer survey research—so that you can trust the quality of your data, and influence your organization with superior consumer insight. Specifically:

  • Translating marketing and business objectives into appropriate research study design
  • Designing, executing, and analyzing research study effectively to meet the business objectives
  • Adapting these general survey principles to the unique environment of mobile devices & smartphones
