Duties include, but are not limited to, contributing to DEI thought leadership and other diversity initiatives, conducting industry research to stay ahead of industry news and trends, contributing to the development of marketing materials for digital promotions and client communications, supporting media release strategy, creating messaging documents for media including the main story beats, assisting with identifying new areas of interest for the company for qualitative and quantitative research services, populating data into client presentations for better story-telling and assisting analysts with various research oriented tasks including link checking, data quality checks and more.

What skills, work experience and/or coursework would best prepare the intern for success in this position?
An ideal candidate would have 1+ years of relevant coursework in marketing, communications, consumer insights, consumer research, analysis/strategy or in entertainment/media studies. Preferred skills include strong communication (concise writing skills and excellent PowerPoint and visual communication skills), highly organized with good attention to detail, successfully manages time and is able to juggle competing priorities to ensure that deadlines are met, capable self-starter who is motivated to get into this line of business, someone who can work independently with good project management, a creative and critical thinker who can think outside of the box and someone who is passionate about the entertainment industry.
