The industry eagerly welcomed the Research Transformation Super Council, with a packed room for the first general meeting on Friday May 7th. Co-Chair Donna Goldfarb, v/p consumer and marketing insights at Unilever, cautioned that without progress the industry was heading for extinction if it did not learn to adapt to change and inspire business growth.
