Joel Rubinson Featured Speaker on “Transforming Consumer Research” at Warc 2009 Online Conference in London

Joel Rubinson’s call to action for the transformation of consumer research is now resonating across the Atlantic, and The ARF’s Chief Research Officer will be a featured speaker on that industry-changing subject at the WARC Online Conference in London on March 5th.
“The ARF has long been committed to the need for change in consumer research and how we, as an industry, must master the art and science of ‘listening’ to truly understand what drives the human within the consumer,” said Rubinson.
“This initiative has now been the focus of two ARF Industry Leader Forums in New York and San Francisco, and it will be featured as well at our annual Re: Think 2009 Conference in New York, from March 30-April 1….all making this especially gratifying to see this move onto the global stage.”
Following Rubinon’s presentation, he will be joined in a panel discussion by Martin Oxley, Managing Director, BuzzBack Market Research; Adam Phillips, Managing Director, Real Research; and Louise Ainsworth, Managing Director, EMEA, Nielsen Online.
